Where could I buy wild rice, buckwheat grains, millet grains, amaranth grains or quinoa grains here in Tokyo? Thank you for your reply.

Some big supermarket and organic food shops are handling those grains.
These grains are called 雑穀 (zakkoku). Buckwheat: ャoの実 (soba no mi) Millet: アワ (awa), ヒエ (hie) Amaranth:アマランス (amaransu) Quinoa: キヌア (kinua)
I recommend KINOKUNIYA, SEIJO-ISHII (supermarkets), and NATURAL HOUSE (organic food shop).
