Does anybody here know of a Westernized-Japanese restaurant in Tokyo. What I'm trying to describe is a restaurant that has items like specialty rolls (dragon, california, fried sushi, etc).
I'm looking for a place in Tokyo. Thanks so much.

Thanks for your response. Not exactly looking for family restaurants.
I'm actually looking for places more like Rainbow Roll Sushi in Azabu-Jyuuban.

I saw a place called Genji Sushi, that had some crazy looking sushi that reminded me of my local grocery store's sushi corner back home.
It didn't look like traditional Edo-mae sushi, very colorful makimono and "inside-out" rolls with avocado, salmon, etc.
Not too expensive (I think 600JPY per pack)and it was very good.

I miss American Sushi Rolls. I love how we took the concept of sushi and made many creative dishes ^_^ Hope you find some. I miss Rainbow rolls and Spider rolls.
PS. Sushi Ro is a chain store for about 100yen and its really good. They have some options that taste creative. I like the avocado and shrimp roll. Its not exactly what your looking for but its more creative than the standard dishes available in Japan ( Which I love too^_^)

Thank you for your great responses, I was manage to find what I needed!
Yeah, I totally agree, Western-style sushi, which certainly isn't close to being authentic, is just something that you crave once in a while! I don't know, considering how much Japanese folk are enjoying unhealthy foods lately, it may not be such a bad business idea...
Thanks again.
