Couscous in Japan 2010/10/12 21:04
I know this is probably a bit of an odd question, for someone about to visit the land of amazingly good food, but I have my little addictions.

1. Are packets of dry, uncooked couscous readily available in Japan? If it is, where can it be found?

2. If couscous is not available, would it be possible to take a packet with me when I travel?

I'm a bit wary of travelling with food, and I wouldn't want to get in any trouble.

Thanks!

You can find couscous at international supermarket such as Seijo-Ishii, Kinokuniya, Azabu International Market.
Kaldi, who is chain stores carrying various food and ingredients both Japanese and imported, also has couscous.
