hello :)
can anyone tell me how to say / write
"self-raising flour" in Japanese?

I wasn't sure which type it was in the supermarket ...

It's hard to get self-raising flour in Japan, but you can make that flour.

All-purpose flour is called Chuuriko(中力粉).

I didn't know that! - just add baking powder to the ordinary flour..

Can I get baking powder in the supermarket? how do you say / write it?

Yes you can, is ベーキングパウダー in Japanese.
