I was just surprised since the person who called me a "chibi" is only about 2 inches (at the most) taller than me.

chibi does NOT mean they want to have sex with you!!

chibi is just a cute or offensive way of calling you small and / or small and cute.

depending on how close your relationship is it can be cute or offensive.
