Rugby world cup on japanese tv

Ill be in Japan during the first 3 weeks of this years rugby world cup.there are afew games id like to see live.
My questions are
Which TV station will be showing the games and this is a free to air channel which i am likely to watch in my hotels?
Are there any sports bars in various cities(Nagasaki,kyoto and tokyo) which will show the games?
Any help greatfully appreciated
