Hello everyone, got a quick question
when going to nightclubs and Bars. what ID can i use? can i use Student-ID? or should i use the Passport or what should i use?

or your Gaikokujin Tourokushou, alien registration card. I don't think a student ID will be accepted.
However, I have only been asked to show my ID once, and that was in a place in Roppongi catering to foreigners mostly.

Passport
Last year one of my frd showed an ID card from his country and he couldnt get in unless he showed his passport....

but you'll usually never be asked for id anywhere, well, maybe clubs, but usually not even then..
underage drinking is totally rampant in big cities, everywhere actually, basically nobody cares. kinda funny if you think about it.
