You may find what you need at Don Quixote but Tokyu Hands will have literally tons of craft materials of all types, not to mention tools and just about anything else you can think of.

I didn't understand the "ave em me matiez" part, but if you're looking for origami, which is just a pack of square papers, they're sold literally everywhere. Even often at convenience stores.

aye, they 'ave 'em. if it's something basic you are after, then even the 100 yen shops have them.
