AKB48 (J-Pop) tickets for Akiba?

I'm trying to purchase 4xtickets to AKB48 in Akihabara for Sept./Oct. in the 'Super Long Distance Category' for foreigners on vacation in Japan.
I've sent all the requested infromation, in the correct time frame to the correct email address (sent several times) but STILL have not received even an acknowlegement of my request!
Do they ONLY answer if you are successful in 'winning' tickets or should they normally be acknowleging my email request?

As far as I know the AKB48 tickets are extremely limited and can only be secured by entering a 'lotto' and for foreigners by entering the 'Super Long Distance' category prior to arriving in Japan.

They will not send any type of acknowledgement. You will only get a response if you win something. However, me and a few other people all tried this method within the last month and none of us got anything, so unfortunately I believe they have conveniently stopped checking the emails.
