I ordered a nagajuban (undergarment for yukata) from Japan. It is coming from Chofu. Now I have remembered the tragedy of the nuclear plant. Will I be exposed to radiation? I am very scared. Please answer quickly!

No, Japan is nowhere near to being so irradiated that a clothing item from Tokyo would affect your health. I live not far from Chofu and my clothes aren't making me sick.
You'll be fine.
