UPS is only the delivery service, not whether or not you can get them into the country. Check out the Japanese customs info, but....Japanese customs is nowhere near as strict as in Oz.

It doesn't look like mangos would be prohibited, but say, a plant would. Maybe you can call them or send an e-mail?

Any fresh vegetables and fruits (including mangoes) go under the category of "plant".
Unless the fruits are with the quarantine certificate, you cannot bring them into Japan.
