Kyoto HD video: Rising Dawn

I thought I'd share an HD video project on Kyoto that I just finished.

We filmed this over 4 days in Kyoto and its surrounding areas Nara, Osaka, and Koyasan. Japan Guide was a great help in planning this trip! We went with the Seishun 18 ticket and the Kansai Thru Pass.

Thanks for posting! I enjoyed watching the high def version but now I want to go back to Japan again...

Nice camerawork too, are you happy with the glidecam? What are you using for sound recording on the 5D2?

Hi guys, we just finished our second video in this series Tokyo HD "Echoes." We got some shots of the Mt Fuji from Lake Kawaguchiko, for which Japan-Guide was a great resource in helping us plan. There are also scenes of sumos and archers practicing for the New Year, as well as surrounding areas Nikko and Yokohama.
