On September 14 around 13:00, buses depart Shinjuku for Kawaguchiko at 12:10, 13:10 and 14:10.

Hi Uji,
I was going through the timetable and wonder if this bus stops at Ueno in Tokyo as well. The Chinese character looks like Ueno and I would like to confirm.

No, these buses do not pass through Ueno. They start at Shinjuku. Just take the Yamanote Line from Ueno to Shinjuku. It is about 25 minutes and 190 Yen.
