Can I get sugar-free chocolate in Tokyo? 2012/3/23 12:15
TOtally dumb question I know. I love sweet stuff, but I can't eat refined sugar as it ruins my metabolism and I usually get diabetic stuff ( in US). I know there's a few Japanese brands, but how easy is it to buy them, and from which places?

Don't worry, I'll be eating my own weight in fish and buffets, but I'l have a much sadder time if I can't get chocolate and it has to be sugar free ( malitol or other non nutritive sweetning is fine, just no refined sugar).
Thanks in advance. PS I am staying and working in Shinjuku so would love a supermarket there if possible.

Lotte is carrying chocolates without sugar, called "0" (Zero).

Thanks for the reply, I know about Lotte already, but can I actually get it easily in shops and stores? Thanks for the link.
