Is this a serious question? If so, could you be more specific, otherwise all we can really say is don't look or act in a way that would scare people in your home country.

If you don't look like Japanese (like European and African), the first things you need to do is to accept you look "different". That would prevent you from looking "weird".

How wired are you? You have a scary looking too? How so? Do you think you would look wired only in Japan or in your country too?

I guess there are many and varied - don't eat in public (a faux pas, like I did many years ago eating a bento box around the corner of Mitsukoshi Depato on the street!), don't wear toilet slippers anywhere other than in the toilet etc etc. If you can be more specific then we can help address your question more specifically. For example, are you talking about in public, in the home, in the subway etc.

In the Kanto region, the slow lane in an escalator is on the left, while in the Kansai area, it is on the right....

So in other words this is your typical etiquette question. See this page for more info:

Note that these rules will only loosely apply if you are an obvious foreigner, and people will not expect you to know them. But in general, you will be fine if you behave in a way that is considered polite in your own country.

don't stare or even laugh at things you find strange or funny, always keep in mind it's a completely different culture. I've once seen 2 white guys completely losing it from laughing at some japanese man for whatever reason while holding a cam on him inside a train, it was so embarrassing.

Good advice, but I think that should be covered in the basic "don't be a d!@#$" rule.

1) Get a haircut at a Salaryman haircut shop. eg. the one in Tokyo Station's underground mall.

2) Wear a suit and tie with nice shoes. All dark colors.

3) No piercings, tatoos, etc.
