I'm going to visit Japan for the 1st time. I wonder if I can find Chinese store selling edible bird nest there. Also where is the biggest Chinatown in Japan?

Just curious - do you want a store that sells edible bird's nest so you can prepare it yourself, or do you want a restaurant that serves it? You're coming to Japan but not yet sure which cities you'll visit?

Yokohama China Town is the largest, where you may find bird nests for sale. But it is not efficient way of shopping. You can order them on the internet mainly from some shops in HongKong.
