Hi
If I would like to attend a concert in Pacifico Yokohama on my trip in Dec, how to buy the tickets if I am a foreigner living overseas? And I can't read Japanese too.

It seems true that it is not easy to buy a ticket if you can't read Japanese.
One option is that you ask your hotel you will stay in December if they can help you. The concierge should be able to help you.
