Motorola Razr & Galaxy S3 with bmobile SIM

I leave for Japan in 2 days and I need to be able to send e-mails while I am staying there. I have a Motorola Razr XT910 and my partner has a Samsung Galaxy S3, does any one know if these will work with b-mobiles SIMs?

Yes, they should both work assuming they are unlocked.
