I really enjoy ''Ramen Street'' at Tokyo Station for the opportunity it provides to try several of the well-regarded national chains in one location that's convenient for travelers. I think ''Mutsumiya'' is a very underrated option there = shorter lines many of the shops, but some of the best miso ramen you'll get. It's an underrated ''old school'' style of ramen but quite delicious when done well. Their spice version is an A+ for me.
