Thank you very much. Well, yes, that's what I ultimately did - I asked a staff and the office was just down the corridor.
But being prepared is in my nature - if I can find it, I try to do it. I just need a little push where to look sometimes, which Luisjp did perfectly :-) Thanks again.

Hello, I am planning two days in Tokyo next week (May 4-6) and wanted to visit Hase, Kamakura on Sun May 6. I am confused by all the train lines and subway (Metro vs non-Metro), etc. My question is does suica/pismo card work on Yokosuka line and tram to Hase - is one card preferable over the other?
Same question about NRT to Tokyo - do skyaccess, skyliner, etc. all accept either cards? Thanks.
