Not everything can be found online; sometimes you have to ask station staff the old-fashioned way...

Firas is right. I mean if you succeeded in catching an officer, he should guide you how to do.

At the same time, I could find lists of offices for Toei. Toei has four lists of the followings.
Subway: https://translate.google.co.jp/translate?sl=ja&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=j...
Bus: https://translate.google.co.jp/translate?sl=ja&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=j...
Light-rail: https://translate.google.co.jp/translate?sl=ja&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=j...
Monorail: https://translate.google.co.jp/translate?sl=ja&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=j...

All are in Japanese. For English, we could use Station Map for each subway station. This is for Daimon Station for Haneda Monorail. The Legend shows "Ticket counter" in brown color. I think this layout map is better to handle than the ones by Tokyo Metro.

Thank you very much. Well, yes, that's what I ultimately did - I asked a staff and the office was just down the corridor.

But being prepared is in my nature - if I can find it, I try to do it. I just need a little push where to look sometimes, which Luisjp did perfectly :-) Thanks again.

Hello, I am planning two days in Tokyo next week (May 4-6) and wanted to visit Hase, Kamakura on Sun May 6. I am confused by all the train lines and subway (Metro vs non-Metro), etc. My question is does suica/pismo card work on Yokosuka line and tram to Hase - is one card preferable over the other?

Same question about NRT to Tokyo - do skyaccess, skyliner, etc. all accept either cards? Thanks.
