Thanks for the feedback. I have seen some ads for tours in this area. Most are one-night two-day tours including Kiyotsukyo, Dragondola, and Lake Okutadami. No tour visits Kiyotsukyo and Dragondola on the same day. Both are a valley. They look like to assign each in a midday. Some add Daigenta to their tours as well. That would be why you saw many people at Kiyotsukyo.
