Hello Friends,
My Tantousha asked me if I have properties back in my country and I replied Yes in reply to that he requested to get a copy or certificate of property. I wanted to get some idea of what type document to be provided, is only a copy of registration papers is enough or anything should be needed? I have bought the property on loan which I am still paying for it. Please let know your feedback.
Thank you in advance.

Hello people😀
Today, I went to legal affairs office to get my official certificate as a Japanese citizen. Immediately, return my resident card. (You will bring a copy of the official certificate, they will tell you on what to do, donft worry 😉) I also processed my kosekitohon ( 7-10 days ) ( you will present the official certificate there ) On that, they will also assist you to change the name on the my number. If you have a drivers license, get a juminhyou ( you will need to present this to the police staff for the change name)
I did took a one day leave from work today to finish all the paperwork.

hi Bee Last month, the houmukyoku requested me to do the renunciation before the final result. My tantousha repeated strongly many times that my case still in investigation, not done yet so i still have to report to them if anything changed. It will take me at least 1 year for the renunciation result of my present nationality. Waitng too much makes me feel really depressed.

Hi Hunhun
Usually they dont ask to renounce unless they approve. They are saying that mean they want you to be careful about traffic violation or some major issue which may impact ur case. Imagine you renounce and they didnft approve then you will be stateless which doesnft happen. So be patient get your renounce letter and submit it. You are fine so be happy.
Thank you

Hi hunhun, Thank you for answering and congratulation for getting the call! I also think like Saadnk you're basically approved, just need to give them the certificate and notify any changes. But i know it feels really depressing to wait endlessly. I hope it will not take 1 year and you will get the certificate earlier! I think now everyone in this forum has received the call, only me that didn't receive it, so stressful haha I really wonder what is taking so long, i don't drive so no violation for that and already gave all papers for taxes. I don't have any delayed or unpaid taxes.
