This is a big favorite of mine, I have found it at my local Asian Super Market. They get it frozen, then thaw. Brand and Name - DAIEI CHUKA SALAD. First had it at my favorite local Japanese restaurant they have the same source as the market. If you have a local Asian market, maybe they will order it for you. I had no luck looking for a recipe on line. Even if I found I suspect the ingredients may be difficult to obtain. Hope that helps....Gregg
