this thread is epic, i learned something new from this thread too! hope this thread continues. :)
for people out there, i too am a newb though i use a lot of translating and verb sites to help me also.
the ones i use are google translate, tangorin.com, romaji.org for translating kata and hira and kanji to romanji. go to realkana.com if anyone wants to learn hiragana and katakana.
i can read them because of realkana but im considered slow, at least i considers myself slow.

Just wondering if anyone could identify the meaning of "samishiigaru' for me? And if it is context sensitive, a short explanation? (such as directed to a friend, lover, so on)
