Japanese rock bands?

Two bands that I like are DELUHI(GRAVE SEED) and GALNERYUS, both with LEDA'S guitar.

some really good bands today are:

-exist�õtrace (visual kei, all female)
-Girugamesh (death metal)
-GPKISM (Goth, techno, pop)
-Aural Vampire (technopop)

I would say ACID, even though they are disbanded, they are still awesome to me and I know a lot of people will like it :3 A good song from them is 0:00 A.M. Hope I helped :3

UVERworld and YUI are definitely my favorites, but I don't know if they're considered hard rock.

the best ever was vow wow, so wish i could have seen them in cocert. am in my fifties now and to have (tell me) blasting from my car is magic...

I love how the original question was for hard rock and so everyone mentioned Gackt... wt?

But a band that is always overlooked even though people mention Deathgaze; lynch. They are like, the be all to end all of hard, grungy, sexy Nagoya-kei. lynch. are a must!

Try songs like Lizard, The Universe, Adore and Evilly.

My ultimite favorite is L.M.C. I love Maya and Aiji! more would have to be

B-Dash is also good, they remind me of a Japanese version of old school Green Day sometimes =D

That X-Japan is one of my FAVORITE Bands EVER!!

I Love them so much and you should really give them a chance if you haven't already

They have Pumping, driving riffs and some great thrashy speed metal type songs,

Mind Blowing Solo's that make you wanna jump on a table and play some air guitar! Truly the epitome of Power Metal.

Though They are Considered Visual Kei.

and heart Warming/Breaking Ballads That really take you on an emotional journey.

Not to mention Toshi's Voice is Platinum and very hard to rival.
