Well, Kemuri, I live in Japan, and I haven't caught it yet, even though I often catch crowded trains. I don't know anyone else who has caught it yet either.
Based on that, I have to say that I think your chances are pretty low. There are something like a few hundred people in Japan who are currently infected. What do think are the chances that one of them will cough/sneeze on you?

They no longer update the number of confirmed swine flu cases in Japan. Is there are website in which I can see the number of current cases?
