About us

Welcome to Mansuirou.
Misasa Onsen, known to have the world's highest levels of radon in its hot springs, has been healing people since about 850 years ago.
Long ago, monks and pilgrims used to go on a pilgrimage to Mt. Mitoku after purifying their bodies and sprits in Misasa's hot water. There still vestiges of this culture.
Mansuirou is a Japanese style hotel located in the center of the town, providing authentic Japanese food, high-quality natural onsen baths, authentic facility and service.
We guarantee that all of our guests from abroad will enjoy the most comfortable and memorable stay with the warm Japanese hospitality.

Visit Misasa Onsen, one of the world's finest Radon springs, and Japan's most dangerous national treasure, Mt. Mitoku.

Mt. Mitoku -- known as "the mountain where gods and Buddhas dwell".
Long ago, Mt. Mitoku, which means "the mountain of the three virtues", was known as "the mountain of beautiful virtue" (also pronounced "Mitoku").

Not only is it a lush and naturally beautiful mountain, it is a place where one can go to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, and purify oneself by cleansing one's spirit and washing away one's bad deeds. This place of beautiful virtue (Mitoku) has held a special place in the hearts of the Japanese.
