Konnichiwa Diamondhead-san. I live in Osaka, too. The person who dislikes a potsticker can seldom see it. But, most people choose beer as Gyoza. Are you Sake in Gyoza as well though you wrote to like Sake? As a matter of fact, I fit Sake (Reishu) to Gyoza well.
