June 30, 2016 - Kochi's Delicious Food
"Hinataya Shokudo" is a Japanese restaurant located in western Kochi. I had the most famous "katsuo (bonito) tataki burger". It was very delicious. It was introduced in a Japanese TV program. Usually katsuo is served on its own slightly roasted on the outside. But I don't know many places where you can eat katsuo in the form of hamburger. "Katsuobushi" is added into its buns. A friend I went with had "katsuo no tataki gozen". It looked so delicious.I recommend this place for fish lovers.
"Hinataya Shokudo" is located 12 km north east of Shimanto City Centre , about a 25 minute drive. If you have a chance to go to Shimanto, please stop by.
