This year the Chichibu Festivals main event took place on monday 3rd of december - even some websites announced for tuesday. When I arrived at Chichibu Station at 19:30 there seem to be an endless row of food shops. I always doing hard to decide among all those delicious things...
At Motomachi-crossing the road was closed for the floats. Immediately the street became really crowded as the floats appeared.
Finally there was also a beautiful firework as the highlight of the festival.
