Excuse the stupid question but does this rail pass cover Kyoto to Nara? I know it covers the trains within those cities but I've looked at so many different rail cards they all merge into one! Also, does anyone have a recommendation for an agent through whom to buy said rail pass? Also, is there a discount for someone 25 and under?
