Kyoto logistics question

Would it be possible to fit a visit to the Kyoto Manga Museum, Kinkakuji/Ninnaji, and Arashiyama to one day, or is what I'm planning too ambitious?
Ideally we'd be at the museum as soon as it opens and spend about an hour and a half there before heading to Kinkakuji/Ninnaji (an hour each plus maybe half an hour for transpo time) then head to Arashiyama for a late lunch + exploring.

It depends on how much you want to see in Arashiyama. If just a couple of hours in Arashiyama are good enough for you, it is possible. Most sights around Arashiyama close by around 5pm.
