From Noboribetsu Onsen to Niseko

I'm planning to visit Noboribetsu first and then travel to Niseko Ski resort the next day.
Please advice on how I could get to Niseko ski resort.
It would be great to get the cheapest and fastest way.
What is the earliest travel time?

The easies way is probably using train to Oshamanbe Station then to niseko. Use google map or hyperdia to help you. Other way is probably by bus from lake toya to Rusutsu then to niseko which might require you to read the schedule in japanese. http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e6715.html
