What are the frequency of the ferry Oma-Hakodate (back and forth) in February 2014 ?
Does this ferry is sometimes cancelled due to bad weather at this time (that means that we need to count this eventuality in our travel program) ?
Does rental company cars allowed usually to do take this ferry to Hokkaido ?

It helps to have a backup plan in mind. Does rental company cars allowed usually to do take this ferry to Hokkaido ?Yes, there are no restrictions on taking a car onto ferry. However, most rental car companies will not allow a Hokkaido car to be dropped off outside of Hokkaido or vice versa.
