Dear sir we wonder that if we visit to Tokyo on mid of April so any places that we still see Sakura in Tokyo pls advise ..thank you

The main season will likely be over in the city center. But you will be able to see late-flowering varieties here and there. The best spot for late-flowering varieties is Shinjuku Gyoen:

Alternatively, you could make side trips to places near Tokyo where the trees are still in bloom. For example, some parks in the western suburbs of Tokyo are a few days behind the pace of the trees in central Tokyo, so depending when in "mid April" you will be visiting, they may still have flowers. Towards the later half of April, Mount Takao can be a nice cherry blossom destination.

I recommend to make a judgment based on the actual cherry blossom situation in mid April.
