Sending parcels to the uk 2014/4/22 02:31
hi,
when I'm visiting Japan I plan on buying souvenirs to take home, however I'm not sure about how to do so. I'm thinking about posting them back to the UK, how do I do this?

It depends on what the souvenirs are, how bulky they are, and what the value might be, but you could pack them in a postal parcel box and just send it to yourself in the UK via postal service (international mail).

If it gets to be quite valuable, that would be subject to import duty when they arrive in the UK, so I would at least make sure that you send them as "unaccompanied baggage, personal effects."
