JR pass for a month of travel worth it?

Hello,
I will be traveling Japan for a month. 20 days on the mainland and then 2 weeks in Okinawa and am wondering if the 21 day JR pass would be worth getting. My itinerary includes 7 days in Tokyo with day trips to Mount Fugi, Nikko and Kamakura then on to Nagoya for one night with a day trip to the Kiso Valley then on to Osaka and Kyoto each for 3-4 days with day trips to Nara and possibly mount koya or the kumano region and then ending in Hiroshima for 3 days with a trip to Miyajima and catching a flight to Okinawa.
