Hi there,
I have been asked to stay in Tokyo(koto ku, near ojima station) While to travel to Midori Ku Yokohama everyday for work. (My wife will be working in koto ku branch) May I know how much time it takes to travel from Koto ku to Midori ku. What is the best way to commute everyday. The company will pay for the transportation fare.

Hello.
Which station in Midori-ku?
If Nagatsuda, you can go on Hanzomon line via Sumiyoshi, it's easy way though takes about 80 mins.
