Translating an email from Rakuten 2014/7/25 16:21
Hi guys,

I recently ordered an item off Rakuten and got an email reply from the shop. My nihongo isn't great and I can't tell whether the following is asking me to choose an option or whether it's informing (ie telling me) of something. Could someone help me translate this please?

It's talking about specifying delivery date/time slots. You can specify IF you want to (you don't have to). It talks about what range of dates you can specify, and the time slot options. But only if you want to.

If you ordered something pre-sales or something that the shop needs to obtain from their wholesaler, you can specify the date/time only after they e-mail you to let you know they have the merchandise at hand and are ready to ship.
