Hi I will be staying in Osaka and will like to transfer my luggage to hotel in Tokyo, does all hotel provide such service?

Most places will provide the service to ship your luggage from their hotel to another. Done it many times myself. You'll have to pay for the service and it may take a day or two, depending on the places you're sending from and to.

That's the website of the most common one and it'll show the rates. They usually charged me about $20 for a gym bag. It took two days from Sapporo to Sendai, but usually one day if on the same island/region.
