I'm a foreigner eta 0715hrs. I intend to buy NEX to maximise the day usage as it says can be used from Narita to Tokyo. And can be used unlimited times on the day on JR lines to Shibuya and Shinjuku too? Is the price 1500Yen? One day usage is till what time, 2359 hrs? Thanks

I'm afraid you are confusing something here. The NEX Tokyo Direct ticket is a one time use discount ticket for the NEX trains to Tokyo. There are separate one day passes, such as the 750 yen Tokunai Pass, that cover the trains between Shinjuku and Shibuya, but they are hard to make pay off. You're usually better just purchasing regular tickets.
