Begin from kyoto I would to visit A bomb kin tai kyo bridge , huis ten bosch and return to osaka and end up nagoya in five days.Please recommen my the best pass. Thankyou very much.

Maybe Flight to Nagasaki(NGS) from KIX by Peach air first
or Kyoto to Nagasaki by Over Night Exp[high]way bus about 12hrs.
then back to Nagoya by JR regular oneway long ticket as stop over
with LtdExp(Shinkansen and more) fee plus cheaper and faster
than JR-Pass 7 days. http://www.hyperdia.com/en/

But basically very busy plan Nagasaki is not so close
and not enough public transportartion operate numbers.
