There are no flights from Haneda to Sendai (the only Tokyo-Sendai flights are from Narita, by ANA), and there seems to be no buses either, so you're left with trains. Check Hyperdia.

That said, taking a direct train to Narita and a flight to Sendai is also an option. I probably wouldn't do it myself, but if you want to take a domestic flight just for the heck of it, it would cost about the same as a Shinkansen trip (with ANA's "Experience Japan" discount fare). It will probably also take a bit more time.
That's assuming you won't have a JR Pass, of course, otherwise the Shinkansen trip is "free".
