I have completed my high school in management as major subject but I want to complete my undergraduate education in Japanese university in science (information technology). Can I do that? any suggestions?

In Japan, high schools don't come with major, unless it is technical/vocational high school. So if you want to enroll in a Japanese university, you'd simply need to pass their entrance examination (you will need to ask individual universities for their requirements). Please keep in mind that unless you are going to attend English-language university in Japan, you'd need to be quite proficient in the Japanese language in order to be able to keep up with the classes.
