travel to mashu lake, kamui cape in March

Hi, I'm planning for a solo hokkaido trip for 9-17 march. I feel really shock when shiretoko lake and ryuhyo norokko is closed in 3 march.

Anyway, I try to find a way to mashu lake or akan lake by public transportation and I found a big disappoint again. Akan bus, east hokkaido express bus, and regular bus that going to mashu lake are closed in my period.

Honestly, my hokkaido plan get a massive stuck due to this unavailable public transportation. Please help me if there is a way to go to mashu or akan lake in march

Moreover, I want to go to kamui cape. I found that there is a public bus to go there. However, by a massive surfing on the internet, I found only japanese materials which is impossible to read. Thus, anyone know how to go to kamui cape from otaru?

If you can go before March 1 there is a tour bus to Akan-ko and Mashu-ko from Kushiro.
