Lakes in the Fuji five lakes region

We are going to stay for 2 days in the Hakone/Fuji five lakes region and are going to buy a Fuji-Hakone pass.
The pass doesnt cover local buses in the Fuji 5 lakes region. So my question is: is it worth going to the lakes other than Kawaguchiko? Are the smaller lakes like Shojiko and Motosuko worth visiting?
