I'll be arriving Haneda Airport on April 30th at 11:05 p.m. By the time I come out, it would be around 12:00 midnight. Is there any train or airport bus go to hotel nikko narita so late at night?

No, there is no easy transportation to Narita that late. There are bus departures until 1am that get you into central Tokyo. And from there, there are late-night buses to Narita Airport where you could arrive around 3:30am: http://www.keiseibus.co.jp/global/en/nrt00.htmlFrom the airport you would still have to take a taxi to the hotel, though. I am not sure whether taxis are available at that time of the night... I recommend to stay your first night around Haneda Airport: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2430.html
