Hello there,
I'm on a flight that is schedule to reach Kansai at midnight.
I want to either spend a day at Osaka, or go straight to Kyoto.
Please help advice which is more practical?
What are the transport options into Kyoto or Osaka city for a late night flight like mine (past midnight) ?
