can my wife get intenship on dependant visa?

I'm traveling to Yokohama, i want to take my wife with me on dependent visa. Is it possible for her to take her internship on hospital management on dependent visa?

The intention of dependent visa is just so that she can be with the spouse. To engage in other activities, she would require a separate permission.

And if it is paid, full time, and long in duration, it might not fall within what is allowed on "dependent" status, and possibly not even on "cultural" status, which is often quoted for unpaid internship.
