Nagoya to Fujisawa to Tokyo

Hi,
We will be travelling from Nagoya to Tokyo in the evening and will stay overnight at Tokyo. which area do you suggest?
Since total stay is only few hours during night, what would be the cheapest option? I have heard about some cafes in Japan which let you lounge for a few hours, is it a good option? Please suggest a few such cafes in Tokyo.
From Tokyo I will take a day trip to Fujisawa and Yokohama. Sightseeing in that area?
Will then have to get back to Nagoya.
Suggest a pass which will take from Nagoya to Tokyo to Fujisawa and back to Nagoya. How much would it cost for a day?

Which date? That cafe is "internet-cafe" open 24h but no bed just with a little luxury seat like this. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-nF6J6CbgXJI/UpmEL8PRJFI/AAAAAAAABLI/-dwBOG8L...Japaese sayinhg "ne-cafe" as shorty or "manga-kissa" usual (manga means comics, kissa means cafe in JP) a lot of exist around major night town stns Shibuya,Shinjuku,Ikebukuro and more. With Kamakura best at Fujisawa(Enoshima area). Night bus cheaper than train a lot of operated every nights.

Thank you very much for this info.
For sightseeing, you suggesting Kamakura around Fujisawa? Why not Yokohama?
Night buses are easily available for foreign tourists?
